Yep; he blamed apostates, the info i had was looked at; but he said he could'nt comment on ANY of it as he DID NOT KNOW WHETHER IT WAS TRUE OR NOT!The trouble with his attitude and others is that they can see independant evidence but discount it .It was incredible, not a flicker of emotion passed across his face.I was also told that all that know will not pass comment as they were'told' an apostate was behind it. When i replied 'did that matter even if it were true as the source does not invalid the truth of the message'They were non commital and blank AGAIN.They origionally were interested...asked for all i could show them...i did... now i have they seem to be closing down on me.I don't get it ;they asked;i produced;now what?They've either decided to err on the side of caution as the apostate word has been mentioned or they've lost interest.They did quote previous scandals and pointed out that the org survived them .they must think or been told to think; that it's a scandal that cannot interfere with gods org .
As to the leaflet drop... i fancied just a small piece of paper dropped whilst meeting was in full swing,outside by the gate etc; that would catch them one by one as they filter out through boredom.On it would just be...Jehovahs-witnesses.com
They'd know, it'd be enough.It'd be spoken of and warned against, but few will resist a peek.There are so many internet cafes; kids still at home can go to one and noone would ever know. -

there are plenty of psychos out there who have become jw's.how long will it be before someone who has left the org and is mentally unstable is going to get revenge on the society?.
i think the gb should be worried for their lives, if someone gets into bethal with a gun or a bomb they could get blasted to smithereens.. i know it has happened at least twise.a bomb in a kingdom hall in austrailia and i think a fire in korea that killed a lot of witnesses.. but think of how violent the us is compared to a lot of countries and how easy gun accses is there.. it may not be a question of if , but when.

Frenchy; you are so right... I had this very argument with an elder a few days ago; it did'nt matter which issues i brought up, his answers were unswerving and always the same;
Blaming INDIVIDUALS for each and every bad decision the WTBS has ever made, and making dissenters sound like a huge body of apostates.It was pretty upsetting to hear the blanket statements coming out of his mouth.Even the UN issue was 'backed by apostates' thereby not worth any consideration... the remedy? More faith; more prayer and WAIT ON JEHOVAH.As all of my former associates in the cong have decided to leave their brains on auto-pilot, I am convinced that the future lies in this type of site where the info can sink in SLOWLY towards gradual realization. Fliers etc i hope ,with web addresses /info on will eventually help some to get the info they need to shake them just enough to start to search a little more. Could we print out some and distribute at the same time... a coordinated campaign? I'm sure it'd reach some and put the fear of God into a few.Please???!!!
